At Sleep Orca, we strive to get your order to you as quickly and reliably as possible.

Shipping Methods

We ship all orders via UPS Ground. Transit times typically range from 1–5 business days, depending on your location.

Order Processing Times

• Orders placed before 12:00 PM (EST) on a business day are usually shipped the same day.

• Orders placed after 12:00 PM (EST) or on weekends/holidays will be shipped the next business day.

We do our best to fulfill all orders promptly to ensure fast delivery.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all continental U.S. states. At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international addresses.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a UPS tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Delays & Exceptions
